PVC can be considered one of the most widely used coatings in the wood industry (especially cabinet making). The resistance of PVC is very high compared to other types of coating. It is enough to implement your desired design and role on MDF by CNC machine. Then, the PVC layer is glued on the MDF by a special vacuum machine and membrane glue.

Also, when using MDF panels (especially in cabinets), its sides are covered by thin PVC strips. PVC has a very high resistance to heat, humidity and scratches. The variety of design and role of these strips is very high and they can be used for almost any type of MDF with any coating.
