Rose Film participation in the 12th season of the country’s top women’s hockey league, Tabriz will host the 12th season of the country’s top women’s hockey league with the participation of 8 teams from different provinces.
According to the announcement of the head of the hockey team of East Azerbaijan, the 12th edition of the premier women’s hockey league of the country’s clubs, the Kausar Cup, will be held in Tabriz. From Tuesday, January 13th, for 4 days until January 16th, Tabriz will host the 12th edition of the Women’s Premier Hockey League of the country’s clubs, with the participation of 8 teams from different provinces.

Tabriz Rose Film Club from East Azarbaijan, Pishgaman Soldoz Naqdeh from West Azarbaijan, Abhiposhan from Hamedan, Marlik Gilan, Shahid Mehdizadeh Club from Golestan, Shalode Shayan Yasouj Club from Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad, Zaribarsport Central and the Ardabil Province team will participate in this tournament.
The head of the hockey board of the province stated: The teams in the women’s hockey premier league will hold their games periodically in the morning and in the afternoon in order to determine the ranking of the matches.

Also, the meetings of the second day will be held as follows
· Hamedan Blue Poshan will face Ardabil
· Marlik Gilan will meet with Zaribarsport Central.
Martyr Mehdizadeh Golestan will visit the pioneers of Soldoz Naqdeh
· And the last match of the group stage of this tournament will be held between 2 teams Rose Film Tabriz and Shalode Shayan Yasouj.
It should be noted that these matches will continue today in the afternoon with elimination matches.

History
Rose Film presence in the top 12 women’s hockey leagues in the country, unlike other countries where ice hockey was welcomed at first and then skate hockey (which was formed as an activity outside the official ice hockey season), in Iran started skating first. The field of inline hockey (skate hockey) in Iran first started with quad shoes, and after several years, during the years 75 and 76, inline shoes entered the Iranian market and at the same time, the field of inline hockey was formed.
After the establishment of the Skating Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2004, this field officially began to operate, and the country’s championships and top leagues and first division were also formed. This field was welcomed all over the country and many teams from different provinces participated in these official competitions.
Iran women’s national inline hockey team
The women’s national inline hockey team was sent to the Asian Games in China for the first time in 2011 and won the third place in these games. After that, in 2013, they were sent to the Asian Games in China for the second time, and they were able to return to the country by winning the fourth place in Asia. In 2015, for the first time, this team was sent to the Inline Hockey World Cup in Italy and won the 19th place. In their last appearance in the year in 2017, they were able to win the third place in Asia in South Korea’s Asian Games.
The Iranian women’s national inline hockey team is an international women’s inline hockey team that participates in international competitions on behalf of Iran. The head coach of Iran’s national inline hockey team (skate hockey) is currently Kave Sedghi, who was appointed to this position by the Islamic Republic of Iran Skating Federation in February 2015.
